Welcome to Greatest Empires!
I'm Axel, founder of this shop.
As a fan of shows like Games of Thrones, Viking and movies as the trilogy of The Lord of the Rings, I decided some years ago to run a DNA test, to know more about my ancestry.
As results went back, I discovered that I was 18% from Northern Europe: The Celtic Land. Maybe it explained my fascination for this culture.
I then started reading more about the viking and norse history, and collecting some accessories, such as bracelets, pendants and more (I even have some axes at home!)
Creating a store to share my passion was the next natural move, and that's how Greatest Empires was born.
