Shipping in the USA.
We usually ship our packages with USPS First Class, from Florida. However, sometimes the package may be shipped from abroad, mainly due to increased sales and insufficient stock in our local warehouse. When this happens, you will be notified during the checkout that the shipping is not from Florida. There is usually 1 day for processing (some hours sometimes) during the week. The delivery time is then between 2 and 4 Business days after shipping (starting the next business day). If the shipping is not from Florida, the delivery date is estimated to be between 10 and 15 days. These delays may sometimes be longer, mostly due to weather conditions.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
We ship our packages with USPS First Class International. However, sometimes the package may be shipped from abroad, mainly due to increased sales and insufficient stock in our local warehouse. The delivery time is then between 2 and 3 Weeks.The delivery may sometimes be longer, mostly due to weather conditions.Because of Covid19 USPS has also notified us that some packages may be delayed.

IMPORTANT: - During transit, you might be required to pay GST, PST, or HST from the carrier. The tax is not always claimed and happens most of the time during customs inspections. Some carrier broker fees may also happen.These taxes are NOT refundable as we did not collect them and don't have any control on them.

Shipping fees are not refundable in case the package is delayed.

TRACKINGThe tracking reference will be emailed to you when the product is shipped.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
We do our best only to ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into 2 or more packages. This is caused by a missing product. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. The decision to ship in a single or multiple packages is at our sole discretions.

DELAYS
We offer 30-days order protection. If you don’t receive your order within 30 days since it was shipped (marked as "In Transit" or "Not delivered" by USPS or UPS), we will send you a new package.

ORDER DELIVERED BUT YOU DON'T SEE ITOn some very rare occasions, you will receive an email saying that the order has been delivered, but you don't see it.If you can’t find your package, we would recommend the following:- Check within your mails or your mailbox.
- Check with people living with you if anyone has taken it. It’s one of the most common reasons why a package can’t be found in the first place.
- Wait 2-3 more days. Sometimes a package is scanned as “delivered” whereas it has not been delivered yetIf after these 2-3 Days you still don't have the package, please contact us.Important: We do not offer refunds for orders stated as "Delivered" by USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL or your local post carrier. However, we will always try to find a solution for you.

RETURNED PACKAGE
In case your order is returned for any reason, we will resend it to you once, free of charge. We usually contact you before doing it, to clear the issue.In case the package is returned a second time, the order will be canceled and refunded. If you had shipping fees with your order, they will not be refunded. If shipping was Free, then $19.90 will be deducted from the refund to cover the double shipping cost.- Package refused by the client or recipientIf a package is refused, for whatever reason, and returned to us, the order will be refunded less your shipping fees, or $9.90 if shipping was free.

SHIPPING FEES & REFUND.Shipping fees are not refundable, whatever the reason is.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The product will need to be mailed back to Florida.To start a return, you can contact us at client@greatestempires.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at client@greatestempires.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Fees
Shipping Fees are not refundable

Return CostCosts associated with returning the package to our facility will be handled by the customer. We recommend the package to be shipped with some tracking information, as the refund/exchange cannot be processed if the parcel is lost in transit with no tracking info.

Return & Special Offer
If a product (or multiple products) is purchased and has a special offer:
- If a product was purchased with a BOGO sale (Buy One Get One): both bands (normal + free) will have to be returned. If the free product is not returned, the value of this "free" product will be deducted from the refund (based on the public price on our website at the time the refund is processed).
- If a product is purchased with an offer "Buy at least $xx and get a free product" or "Buy at least $X and get Y% off another product": we will look at the new total amount of the purchase. If the new purchase value does not qualify for the offer, we may deduct from the refund the value of the special offer you got (value of the free product, or value of the discount). In case of a Free product, the value of the free product may not be deducted if this "free" product is returned with the other one.
- If a product is purchased during an Upsell offer "You've unlocked this special offer", you can return your main order and keep the product you purchased as an upsell. However, you wouldn't be eligible anymore for the offer and the value of the discount would be deducted from the refund.
- If a product is in the "Clearance" collection, or has the name "Clearance", the band is then NOT eligible for a refund or an exchange. The final sale price CANNOT be combined with any other offer available.
